Music is a very important part of our worship experience at Central. Our excellent, all-volunteer Chancel Choir delights in preparing and sharing music from a variety of traditions and time periods. We view the choir's participation not as performance but as leading the congregation into deeper relationship with God and one another. In a given month the choir will sing anything from Bach to an African American spiritual to John Rutter to Moses Hogan. We believe that by exploring and sharing different kinds of music we enable and inspire the faith walk of the congregation.
Choir rehearsals are Thursday evenings 7:00-8:30pm and Sunday mornings 10:00-10:15am between September and May. For more information please contact our Director of Music, Rachel Dickey.
